Design Process
We consult with clients, architects, general contractors, and audio/video integrators on residential and light commercial projects and handle the design of electronic systems. We take on the coordination task of integrating mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage subsystems with a primary goal of tying together lighting control and daylight harvesting, energy management/HVAC, and multimedia in an intelligent way to maximize building performance.
This top-level design brings together the "islands of technology" that now exist as multiple complex systems installed in houses and buildings. The result is that the entire integrated system as a whole becomes more efficient and effective, and we therefore reduce the ecological footprint of the building while maintaining traditional comfort, luxury, and reliable functionality.
